At TopNutrition, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. 🛍 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • You were charged but did not receive your order

Due to the nature of food supplements, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or change-of-mind purchases.

2. ⏳ Return Request Period

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. 📩 How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a request, please email us at topnutrition.ph@gmail.com or call/text +63 922 881 1007 with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Clear photo(s) of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

4. 🔄 Return Process

  • If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item (if needed).

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. ❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services beyond our control
