1. 🛍 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for the following reasons:

Your order arrived damaged or defective

You were charged but did not receive your order
Due to the nature of food supplements, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or change-of-mind purchases.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Reason for return/refund

Clear photo(s) of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item (if needed).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. ❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items returned without prior approval

Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
